Returns, Refunds, and Cancelations

For services, such as voice lessons, private yoga, and private sound healing sessions, a 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations, or the payment is forfeit. If a cancellation is made with 24 hours or more notice, a refund minus any payment processing fee may be issued. Additionally, clients with remaining classes, lessons, or sessions on a package they have purchased are welcome to share them with others or request a gift certificate for any remaining balance.

For group sound baths, a deposit of $100 is collected upon booking, with $50 of that being non-refundable. If a client cancels with less than 48 hours notice, the remaining $50 is also forfeit. This policy is in place as booking the event commits the provider’s time, which may not be booked elsewhere.

For cosmetic and perfume products, exchanges are not accepted due to sanitation concerns. In the event of damage during shipping, please provide photo evidence including the packaging so that I can open a case with the carrier.

Customized deodorants are non-refundable unless the client has previously purchased the sampler pack, allowing them to explore options and decide on their preferred fragrance.

Refunds are available for individual sticks of deodorant (excluding custom orders and shipping costs) if they do not adequately control body odor due to body chemistry. However, orders containing multiple sticks will only receive a single-stick refund to prevent bulk purchases before determining compatibility.

Refunds are available for other single items, excluding shipping costs. If an order qualified for free shipping and a refund is requested, it will be processed minus the cost of shipping.
