Located in the lower abdomen, below the navel, the Sacral Chakra plays an important role in awakening our creativity and sexual energy. It is associated with the water element. This energy assists in letting go, accepting change, and transformation.
MULADHARA
Located at the base of the spine at the perineum, the Root Chakra is the foundation of the physical structure of the body. It is based on the earth element. When balanced, a person experiences stability, confidence, energy, and strength.
