This video course is for absolute beginners to learn basic, foundational postures in order to feel confident transitioning to classes. This course is comprised of almost two hours of instruction on nine poses, yogic breath, and safe options for participating in flow-style classes. While the poses presented are basic, the instruction is thorough. Go through each instructional video more than once to pick up on more and more subtle cues. You do not have to be flexible or skinny to do yoga. You just have to be willing to do your best!
